Buckeye Riveter One thing RR Track 5.0 would not let me do was to add a batter to the outside legs of the trestle piers which counteracts the centrifugal force as the train speeds around the curve. I remember laughing at a photo of a trestle in CTT where the pier's legs were not battered knowing that even a heavy model locomotive could take it down if the track joints were not tight and soldered.

Penny Trains Ambitious! My former layout was ambitious because there were many things I didn't know how to do. It took me many hours to put my first table together and now I can do it quickly because I purchased six more C type clamps.
