2012 Forum Photo from Trainfest 2012 in Milwaukee
Posted by kschmidt on Monday, November 12, 2012 10:21 AM

Well another Trainfest is in the history books.  No attendance numbers were announced but the weather in Milwaukee was not typical for November with temperatures near 70 on Saturday and in the 60's on Sunday but then the rain came and it is currently 29 degrees in Milwaukee as I'm typing this.

Well several members of the TRAINS/Model Railroaders/CTT Kalmbach Forum Family gathered at the Kalmbach Booth for the annual photo.  Below are those that were in attendance.  Photo was taken by Pat Shaver, wife of Carl Shaver

The official attendance for this year's Trainfest was announced: over 25,500.

Thanks for posting the photo, and thanks to Carl's wife for taking it.  It was a great show as usual.  I think this was year 15 for me.

Only one additional correction; my forum name is Northwoods Flyer - but then perhaps my handwriting was a bit messy.  It was exciting to be around that many train enthusiasts in one place. Stick out tongue
