Wiring a Standard Gauge #91 circuit breaker

How do you wire up the #91 circuit breaker, while using a 167 Whistle direction controller??  I am using a Z transformer.  I have the instructions for the 91, but they are old and unclear.  And the instructions do not show it used with the 167 whistle controller or a Z transformer. Any help will do.  Thanks.  York is only a few days away.  I will be looking for some standard gauge odds and ends.  Maybe some more 222 or 223 switches that work with the controllers.

It goes in series with the 167.  Unless you don't mind resetting it whenever it trips unnecessarily on a momentary overload, you would be better served by an automatic-resetting thermal automotive circuit breaker.
