NHrr,

I called Bachmann/Williams: Customer Service-1(800) 356-3910 and I spoke to a parts dept. employee by the name of Jennifer.

I described the part I needed, since I did not have the part number and Jennifer knew which part it was, that I needed.  It took about a week for the part to arrive and the individual part, which I needed, was as original and works properly.

If you need, the Parts Manager is Bridget Wallace, as per the Bachmanns' letter, sent with the part.

Their E-Mail address is:  service@bachmanntrains.com.

If inquiring about parts, or accessories E-Mail at:  parts@bachmanntrains.com.

That is correct. You only need to call Charlie. He is very friendly and helpful. He bought the Williams parts when it was sold to Bachman.
