Yeah I know it is still over a month away, but we have some new comers this time and I need to get prepared! Here is what we typically do:1. Meet at the CTT booth @ 1pm2. Stand around and talk for 30 minutes3. Walk outside4. Stand around and talk for 30 minutes5. Realize we can't get a good picture with everyone staring into the Sun6. Find a better place7. Get ourselves 'organized'8. Take a few pictures9. Stand around and talk for 30 minutes10. Discuss what we bought, why, who the inspiration was, etc11. Shake hands and go our separate ways (or pal up and walk around the meet till it closes, our feet fall off, we need to get dinner, or all of the above)This is what happens after the picture has been taken:What I need to know:1. Are you attending York2. Do you want to participate in the CTT Forum Photo Shoot3. Is 1pm (on Friday) good for youedit #3 - If you are interested in a copy of the photo, either electronic or print, let me know

Yes to all that questions Brent asked. Fife, I wouldn't answer that question to my wife and I certainly am not going to answer that question to a guy who carries a gun for a living!

Brent, Yes to all four of your questions.
Yes to all 3. I would be interested in buying the group photo, as long as the price was under $100.
Any chance of a key to the picture above?

Needed to bring this thread to the front. Chief has not responded yet.
Brent, maybe you should request this thread be pinned.
Brent....I won't be at York this spring, but Wes and I are planning to be there this fall.
JF - I figured if they wanted it pinned they would have done so by now... Buckeye - sounds good, we'll leave a light on.
Back to the top with ye I say!Bob K, or Bergie, can we get this tagged to the top till York?

I wouldn't want to be accused of bumping a thread, so I figured I'd ask if we are all getting together prior for perhaps breakfast with Grits and Biscuits with Sausage Gravy? I'll put dibs in for Buckeye's share if Laz doesn't beat me to them.
Looking forward to a fun filled few days. Not sure what to expect, but am sure of one thing: My pockets will be empty and my trunk will be full! and wife will be mad!

Yes Fifey, you know we love you in black...it makes your eyes sparkle and it counts down on the glare.

Dennis,I would be more than up for breakfast! Not sure where we could meet since I'm not all that familiar with York. Maybe JohnF, Fife, or Laz can point us somewhere if they can't make it?I need to check the schedule... I may stick around for the ice cream social if they are still having it this year?
DENNIS, BRENT and whoever else,
Me and my wife are going to have breakfast at Denny's on Rt. 30 before the fairgrounds open on friday. Denny's is located about a mile east of Rt 74,but it is on the west bound side of Rt30. Maybe we can all get together there before the meet starts? Just a thought?

Laz, that sound good...I'll have to check it out with my partner in crime. Do the Denny's above the MD line serve grits? I know they used to down in these parts.

I will miss seeing Susieq.
BRENT and DENNIS and EVERYONE else going to YORK on Friday,
730 is great for us. We have about an hour and fifteen minute drive to YORK, so we should be there in time for opening antheme. DENNIS they Dennys serve a good meal called the SIZZLER. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and I think pancakes, for $7.00 I think. Its pretty good. When Time gets closer we will finallize time but right now sounds good to me.

What, no Grits? That's just wrong!
Does sound like a good time. Hope we can work it out.Dennis
Dennis, free breakfast with room. LAZ, bringing a big bag of something just for you.

Free Breakfast sounds good. Allows for more change to spend on trains! Why has this thread migrated down the list? Oh Well, looking forward to the whole York experience. Doubt I will make the October one as that is Elk season.
