Well I just got done using a program called killdisk it is used to erase all data on a computer and than write over so that old data can not pop back up anyway I had to load win 98 and then win xp home addition upgrade was a fun hour and a half went to white castle in the middle of the process and when I came back it was doneBig Smile [:D]

I have a little bit of a train fund built up now should I spend it on preparing the basement for a layout or should I go for the Pres. Bush Sr. loco, or the cheap on30 desiel locos so many trains and so little spending cash.

So was this killdisk successfull?

It sounds like you could have re-formatted your hard drive, and come out even...since you had to reload windows.??

Yes it was successfull as it will erase everything including partitions back to a state of what the harddrive was like when it was new. Formatting is part of the process as when you boot from the cdrom with the windows install cd the first thing it does is formats the hard drive. It is a cool little program and is a free ware utility with a pay version that does a bit more. not to get toofar off the topic of trains sunmicrosystems has a free office suite thgat is compatible with ms office called open office.

It only proves that you know how to post an avatar.

This whole Grayson thing-- I find it too much of a coincidence that there is a band named Grayson Manor from Georgia listed in the "friends" section of the myspacepage belonging to Reallywickedsue. She's the same person whose ebay account Zeke was using. Grayson also registered in June. Wasn't that when things started going south with Zeke?  And who claimed that he knew Zeke and Zeke wouldn't do what he was being accused of doing? Wasn't that you, Grayson? Didn't you say Zeke was a good friend of yours?

Your teen thread was nuked yesterday. I asked if you really wanted to go down that road. Apparently, you did.  Why did you feel it necessary to erase your posts? You keep digging a deeper hole.

And on that upbeat note, this thread gets the lock with a sincere "Why can't we all just get along."
