Currently operating: SP&S 700
Historical-much harder question, but Great Northern's R-2 class 2-8-8-2s
are right up there and so are their M-2 class 2-6-8-0s.
The P-2 class is also a favorite-and two of them still exist-non operational,
2507 and 2523.

for steam that's long gone, CGW 2-10-4s are my favorite.
