Hello! Just popped in to see what had happened to this thread since the site upgrade. I've enjoyed reading it.
Any plans on it to continue????
Thanks!
Hello Murray!
Sorry for the long delay in a response on this thread, but you see Tom has closed up shop here on the forums. Once he closed "Our" Place on July 12th, he stopped frequenting the forums. That was and indeed is the sad reality of it all.
Yes, this thread has some great stuff - most of which one could have easily found over at "Our" Place. Tom created this thread as a potential "feeder" for the bar - an attempt to line up some like-minded adult customers who enjoy talking about classic trains.
So that's the story - fortunately the pages still are available for anyone to peruse, but unless and until Tom decides to return, my guess is this thread will get pushed further back on the pages as the respondents are very far and few between.

Good Afternoon Captain Tom!
Thought I would add a couple of more light rail photos to the mix - this time from the Calgary system:
See you over at the bar!

Good afternoon gentlemen. I'm glad to see that both BK and Lars are doing a yeoman's effort to keep this fine thread functioning as well. Wonderfull dive into te lite-rail scene gents, of coarse a subject near and dear to my heart for some reason. I'll have to make more of an effort to get in here more often as well , we will certainly see you at the Bar. Murray don't be shymost of the gang here plus is the gang at the bar tyr it you may like it.
