I voted for Chico's road[:)].These units were built for the Santa Fe,and they ran that way for over 20 years.The Santa Fe Warbonnet was the finest color scheme ever worn by a locomotive,and the remaining PA should be painted that way.Also,since this engine will be preserved in the Smithsonion,many more people can identify with the Santa Fe scheme than the Delaware & Hudson.

I think it is rather a shame to not paint the PA in the scheme these particular units bore with such distinction.

Better yet, let the Smithsonian do as they wish as long as the last D&H PA's can be recovered and restored to operation & repainted to D&H!!
