Not sure what happened, but a few months ago the Hearland flyer was actually running on time or ahead of schedule. Great scenery in Oklahoma on the train.

The flash flooding of Oklahoma and Texas forced the Flyer to stop service for a few number of days and transported passengers on busses. In Gainesville, Tx there was over 2 ft. of water on the tracks. The first day after the flooding that the train ran, It was 3 and a half hours late into Fort Worth, Texas. Now the Heartland Flyer is back on it's schedule from running from Oklahoma City, Ok to Fort Worth, Tx with delays as usual.
