Short notice public meetig tomoorrow ( Tuesday ) on various highlights of various studies.

The meeting will be an open house format with identical presentations at 5:30 pm, 6:15 pm and 7:00 pm.

45 minutes for each presentation isn't a whole lot of time for a Open House meeting.....

Take out about 15 minutes to clear the crowd and it looks like they really don't want to do Q&A. Sort of "Ok, we're done, thanks for watching, bye, next".

Link to meeting.  Link is very awkward ( sounds like Amtrak and FRA ) Have to use 1st page to link to eack section. 

Several points.  Apppears that Alternative 11 is preferred and of all things 4 separate tunnels.  Will decrease times about 0:1:30.  Even a hint of what will happen to present tunnel.  Note clearance will be enough for double stacks and CAT installed.  Certainly forward thinking.  It may be that CSX double stacks are anticipated instead of Howard street ?

The evaluation Matrix are the real meat of the study IMHO.
