But that's a Tier 4 Cummins QSK95 -- it's not SUPPOSED to have any waxy unbuilt buildup in the exhaust. That's transient overfueling, and the engine control is supposed to prevent that.
Looks to me to just be a few light puffs of smoke, after the engine has been sitting a while. Not unusual for some smokey exhaust when engine is working hard, like starting a train.
