Thank. I did a bit of research based off that article and found it is CIT Leasing (CBFX) GP40 and is Ex-PRLX,WP,CMNW, and WC. I had previously looked through CITXs roster but I did not no that they had multiple reporting marks. Thanks to everyone who contributed.
There are two locomotives back to back. Can see both cabs and stripes on the rear of one.
The firt time I clicked the photo link it worked, but now am getting an error message saying "image linked incorrectly"
I tried to sell my two cents worth, but no one would give me a plug nickel for it.
I don't have a leg to stand on.
Round up the usual suspects. It appears to be some type of GP40. See https://atsfinroswell.wordpress.com/tag/texas-pacifico/

I was able to get a link to my photo of the locomotive.
No unfortunately not. It did not have the tiger stripes. The only lettering it had was the reporting marks and numbers and a white logo and/or graffiti. Thanks anyway.
Not sure if these will fit, but posting to see? It would seem like not many black and white units would get out in that area; except posibly, as a transit point from, or to, an end user. or maintenance facility?
Here is a link to a photo of a Motive Power unit, an MP20C-3 of PHL:

Since the photo won’t post here are some basic details about the locomotive.
Cab: Standard
Color: Black (White Lettering)
Air Conditioning: Yes
Number of Axles: Unknown
Tunnel Motor: No
Spotted: Fort Stockton Tx.
I took this photo in Fort Stockton TX at the Texas Pacifico Yard and I could not identify it. As far as I know they do not own any locomotives. They lease a few from CIT and those are painted blue or in the colours of their former owner. Plus there is a Ferromex locomotive every now and then. Thanks to anybody who has any ideas.
