No, I'm not really going to nitpick the GP38's. This thread is about discussing which rebuilt locomotive will probably be the most widely used among shortlines one NS tires of their rebuilds.

NS has been rebuilding locomotives left and right. They are becoming 70's ATSF.

In 20 years, which of these rebuilds will be the most popular among shortlines?
