And the USA does have some good Birkshires, Northerns, Articulteds,  Pacifics, Milados, narrow gauge, and  a real Mallet.

At least you guys still have the Mohawks. Unfortunately a lot of our big steam is being scrapped. Countless Class 16s, 23s, 25s, etc. I havent seen some of these anywhere in almost 10 years. Online or IRL.

Or any steam engine for that matter. Sadly the US hasn't done a great job preserving steam (no NYC Hudsons, Milwaukee Hiawatha 4-4-2s, etc.).
