What must the ROI fanatics be thinking? A train of 16 units-- the first 13 dedicated to power and support of power, and a "payload" of three cars.
Judging by the crowds, though, it looks like a successful PR event.

I asked about that yesterday on the video page. Looked like a packing issue to me because the steam (condensate cloud) was from the firemans side front engine cylinder and there was no similar emmision from the rear engine's cylinder.
