Hey Railfan 1. I thought that you could use some help because this is a big undertaking. I am compiling a list of the new numbers and companies for a bunch of old Conrail locos. I will post it on here in a few days.( Probably Friday) Then I will go searching for more.

A bout 30-40 of the GP38's and GP 40's were sold to various other lines while the rest were canabalized by CSX and NS, a couple have the new KCS paint job but the CONRAIL paint is bleeding thru 2 of them. As if to say CONRAIL JUST WON'T DIE!

Several still in the Big Blue Paint Job go by my house here in Cleveland on the Nicklepate Route to Buffalo every week. But the also have the NS Painted under the cab window.

NS 58% with appx. 6,000 aquired miles.

CSX 42% with appx. 3,600 aquired miles.
