Any good trackside viewing areas around Dayton OH?

I found a place a few yrs ago just north of Carlisle, ohio. on farmington rd. both NS and CSX main are side by side there.
CSX 2507 East on 2 Slow-App-Slow Sterling and Restricting at the top of the Wye entering Ster1 Block Q354 is OUT!

 yes there is but access could be a problem in side dayton .the viewing that i  found  is where the old train station used to be . the land by the tracks are owned by a local collage  the cops  don't seem to mind  once they ask you what you doing there. the best is on top of one of the tallest buidings there you got the best view of the city  and trains.this is a private office building .

Can anyone identify some good to great trackside viewing points in or around Dayton OH? Say within 25-30 miles?
