Can anyone identify some good to great trackside viewing points in or around Dayton OH? Say within 25-30 miles?

yes there is but access could be a problem in side dayton .the viewing that i found is where the old train station used to be . the land by the tracks are owned by a local collage the cops don't seem to mind once they ask you what you doing there. the best is on top of one of the tallest buidings there you got the best view of the city and trains.this is a private office building .
