[Help seeking information and guidance to Train Robberies on the Ft Worth & Denver RR and The Rock Island RR in the West. Such as Black Jack Ketchum's robbery of the FtW&D near Clayton, New Mexico. I understand that a robbery may have ocurred east of Tucumcari, NM on the Rock Island Thanks for your help. Buzz

The most comprehensive book I have read on the subject of train robberies is The Train Robbery Era: An Encyclopedic History, by Richard Patterson. 1991: Pruett Publishing Company, Boulder, CO.
Check ebay, half.com, Powell's books, allibris or one of the internet used-book sites for this one.
