I've been trying to change my email address with no luck for several days. I go to settings, then advance settings and it's always a "503 service temporarily unavailable." Been that way for a week. As a result I can't receive the Trains newsletter or the Classic Trains newsletter. Not sure what to do. I called Kalmbach on Monday and the woman I spoke to wasn't much help. Any ideas?
That's a profile change, and there have been problems for many people in accessing profile information for years now... I think, in fact, over half a decade for some device types, most phones included.
The 'traditional' Kalmbach response is much the same that Wayne encountered when he lost access to his old work e-mail: set up a new account, wait for it to come out of moderation, establish a new 'forum presence'. As this is a family-friendly forum I shall not comment further, except to note it is no longer spring, and pandemic-related excuses no longer hold much water.
isn't your email address your login?
i had to call tech support to change my email/login years ago
