It's been fun.  But it isn't much fun anymore.   Signing off for now.

Hey, Brother Lion's back!  How cool is that?

Now the problem, I have no idea where that railroad station is!  Looking for the hdden lion in the subway was easy compared to this!

Let me take a SWAG.  Germany?

PS:  I tried enlarging the photo for some clues, but the resolution's not that good.  I couldn't see any Mercedes, Porsches, BMW's, VW's, or Tiger tanks for that matter anywhere!

As near as I can see, it is not electified track, it has ten through tracks and per your reply it is not in North America. Clues would be benificial.

I'm thinking that it might be electrified, I can see faint blue lines that are perpindicular to the tracks and are parallel to each other so maybe.

Oh I suspect that is good enough considering that it was taken from a satellite.

I sort of recall (maybe?) That Lion took a trip overseas. Is this photo from Ireland by chance?

Well there's a "Micky-D's" ad on the wall, but that doesn't tell me anything, "Micky-D's" is world-wide.

What's really frustrating is I can't find the fuzzy little lion anywhere!

Lady Firestorm has a guess.  "Shining Time Station?"

But they sure don't start an advertising blurb for Big Macs with a capital K most of those places, do they?

I was going to say that this looks like that Belgian station that was in the viral dance video a few months ago.  But I'm thinking more Scandinavian now, or perhaps Dutch...

I've been there! And yes, there were several McDonald's. Even ate at one, and I had never been so happy to have a drink with ICE in it!

I was thinking that the Micky D's sign looked to be written in Russian characters.

Very neat pictures!  That must have been a great trip.

I think it's amazing that with how much Ukraine was in the news the past months, I had very little idea how beautiful it was.

Anyone besides me slip every once in a while and call it THE Ukraine?

Old habits die hard!   And after all, that borough in New York City is called THE Bronx, not "Bronx."

The arts center in Old Forge, NY is just "View," as in, "there's a quilt show at View." They won't hesitate to correct you if you refer to as "The View..."

Yes, the Cyrillic alphabet is used in several slavic countries. Some of the letters look like some of the letters in the Roman alphabet--and some of these have the same sounds as those in the Roman alphabet and others have different sounds.

When I was in junior high school, I was given a book that purported to teach a person the Russian language. I gave it up when I came to the declension of nouns. I did learn that the Russian word for "camera," transliterated, was "fotographic apparat."

When I was a Purdue one of my room mates was taking Russian.  He was into classical music and I was into rock - we didn't kill each other through the school year.

Had a cousin that lived in Lebanon, until the hostilities of the early 60's forced them to move to England.

Well. I knew that from the Christmas tree and McDonald's sign that it couldn't have been Iran or North Korea. So that narrowed it down somewhat. Stick out tongue
