Have you checked out the "subscribe" button on this website, which I presume goes directly to Kalmbach rather than what may be a independent 3rd party.  At least compare price in case there is a difference.

One outfit I do business with frequently offers rebates on certain items.  Their headquarters is in Massachussets, but the rebate requests go to El Paso.

El Paso?

(There were some useful comments. Shame I can't avoid whimsy these days)

BTW:  Company's often sub-contract out subscription services and the address of that company may not be anywhere near the parent company.

Very true.  I've seen it for years.

It is a long way to Tripperary and even farther to get to a page with some contact information for the company.

At the bottom of just about any page on this site is the icon and name for Kalbach Publishing Company.  Click on it and you will get a new tab in your browser to the main company website.  At the top right in the header banner is the word "Contact".  Click and on the page it gets you is a button for "Customer Service Center".  That'll get you a page with a selector for where/what you are wanting to contact.  Select one and click "Submit".  That'll get you a page of more links to select from for why you want to contact... I am not sure which one would be appropriate for your question.  Many times the line to click on is highlighted in some manner (Different color or underlined) and sometimes you have to move the mouse arrow over it and the arrow will change to a pointing hand.

Recieved an offer for a subscription to Trains in the mail. Normally I buy 4-6 issues a year so have not bothered with a subscription but the discount is really good. Thing is it has to be mailed to some address in Florida rather than going through your website. Could not find a clen contact point on your site, which may mean I'm to stupid to deserve the savings, so am abusing this forum to make contact.

Who should I be contacting on this?

Thanks!

The only solution to your problem that I know of is for you to follow the procedure that is offered you--mail your request for a subscription to the office in Florida, since there seems to be no other choice. Apparently the company that handles the subscriptions has no link to the website. I'm sorry, but their system does work for me.
