AirBnB seems to have upset the apple cart. However as a railfan there are many rail hot spots that dont have viable commercial budget hotels. I am planning such a trip to Vermont and W Virgina. I remember that Trains came out with a list of railfan freindly Bed and Breakfasts a coule of years ago. What would be great if fellow railfans would open uo that spare bedroom that there kid just moved out of and I could room in with a fellow railfan who geeks trains (and Star Trek and D&D) as much as I do! Trains could have a whole online BnB list that you pay a couple of bucks for to get on.
