Another thought that recognizes the railroad's oldest component, a major junction yard on the old Soo Line, and the fact that it ends at the southernmost corner of British Columbia:

I'm with Mookie. Call it 'MOOKIE RAIL', has a certain flair to it. You could go with 'NAFTA RAIL', that would start a few fights. How about the Canadian and Tampa, call it CANT RAIL.
