Just here to take a peek....
Posted by Modelcar on Thursday, September 1, 2016 8:23 PM

Hello to all on here.  Haven't been here for months.  The structure is so diffferent, I'm not sure if I'm writing in the proper place.

I find myself on Facebook / Messenger most of the time now.  But do wonder what all is being discussed over here at times.....

Best to all on here....Modelcar {Quentin}.....

And you haven't missed much.  Been pretty dull here.

It's been fun.  But it isn't much fun anymore.   Signing off for now.

Quentin, thanks for remembering the flag in Penn Station in World War II. I'd never have known.

Quentin, I'm with you...spending a lot more time on Facebook these days.  It works better, I know all of the people I'm talking with (and they can shut me down if they want to, without affecting me).  But I'm still here from time to time, and I'm guilty of cross-posting, tweaking my posts a little according to the audience.

But this is still the place where I can acquire and disseminate knowledge about my favorite subject.

Thanks for stopping in... don't be a stranger. This remains a great place to discuss trains.. a pleasant distraction from life's problems.
