Good Afternoon,

Nice to see the Diner open again, thanks Maxman.

I tried to log in from a different computer to no avail,  so until that is fixed I am stuck with this tablet and I guess that is one reason there are so few participants.

Bear, I agree, nothing like the sound of 2 radials with throttles open wide. There are 2 water bombers here that are radial powered. They fly around at low levels each spring doing tests and as we are on a flight path to the airport I get to hear them.

Weather is still very nice here.

Wonder how Dave is doing.

You're welcome.

Guess I could have had The Bee Gees singing Staying Alive.

Thanks for opening the Diner, Maxman. I reckon the future theme will be trying to stay open!!

The airport held an Open Day for it's  60th birthday, on the current site. The weather held off until just after the close, and then it was just a short sharp heavy rain shower. One of the aircraft taking joy rides was a DC 3, the sound of two radials on song was magic to my ears!!!

Cheers, the Bear.

Well, I'll give this a try.

This month's theme is whatever you want.

I'll throw the hook out there and maybe we can reel in those guys who abandoned ship.
