There is a big spread in when they get delivered And because of that, based on my experience earlier this summer you should expect some pushback from Kalmbach's customer "service" (air quotes, accompanied by eye-roll). They would not agree to provide me with the missing May issue until I got the June issue and still no May. And even then it seemed to take quite a while. Their explanation was that so many people were complaining about not getting the May issue that it had to be out there somewhere and I should just be more patient. It is true that the US Postal "Service" (yet another air quote, yet another eye-roll) has been performing rather badly lately. But tellingly once I got the replacement May issue I never did get the supposedly mailed original May issue. Not that I'd feel guilty about it if I had. Dave Nelson

Either my June or July issue was so messed up. It came with pages in the wrong order, pages missing and duplicate pages. I sent one email and got a fast reply saying that they had remailed the issue. I got it a week later. Sometimes their customer service is great, sometimes, not so much.

I got mine here in southern Ontario at least a week ago. International mail. Yours is missing.

Did any one get the October issue yet? I live in western Washington and haven't received it yet. I usually get it the first week of the month. I know about the weather problems, but it's past the middle of the month. Joe
