I believe so, Ed.  The railroad is located in Schenley, PA, and is near where the Kiskiminetas River joins the Allegheny River.

 

As far as I'm aware, the railway is not currently in operation, as there's an embargo on the bridge which connects it to Norfolk Southern.

I do not have a picture of my ZEBULON OMEGA AND TALLAHASSEE boxcar. Now it is packed away, the 30 by 30 diorama is gone, and the layout segement is no more.
