Marklin HO scale equipment runs on three rails as well...

Lionel O gauge track has 3 ties and 3 rails. Atlas makes a three rail track with more realistic tie size and spacing. There is also scale O track which has two rails and realistic tie size and spacing.

Three bars??? If you mean three cross ties, it's probably O guage sectional track. If you mean three rails, it's still probably O guage track.
