Just kidding! This used to be a railroad Trestle, a long time ago. It was made into a walk out observation in the bay. Look closely under the old rusty truss bridge, that is the observation deck.
The boat landing on the top picture. I have heard you must be careful if you're going to go to the left around the rusty truss bridge. When the water levels fluctuate some of the posts are just under the surface. They can make a mess of your prop I've never hit one, (only Cidiots do) swing wide, swing wide

The good news is that your computer *should* only download once, regardless of how many times it's quoted in the thread (that is, it'll will simply use the local copy for the second / third / n-th time it shows up in the thread).

Well, it's a new week. And ,as promised, I actually have new content to contribute. ( I "reserve" the right to re-post these picture's, untill someone smack's me around a bit )
This is a Hallmark Brass locomotive, that I have been trying to get back together for quite some time.
So far, I have mannaged to Re-paint ,and re number her. ( Souther Pacific's "Texas & New Orleans branch AS-616. ) But the drivetrain is "Trashed", so I will be rebuilding the Gear's / motor .
The Bismarck Northern Pacific Railway Bridge now BNSF
The bridge is 113 years old. The plan of rebuilding her is under the works and way past due. So they say.
She's a beautiful thing I visit her every time I go there
