Weekday picture pages is simple. It runs Monday through Friday. The rules are also simple.
Rules
1) Any Forum member can post anything they want that has to do with a model railroad or a prototypical railroad.
2) This is a relaxed thread. There is no wait for your turn. Anyone can post anytime they want. If a forum member wants to post a picture of a factory or industry or some other image they think would be good on a model railroad, they can do that with a description of what they're thinking of.
3) A forum member does not have to post a picture. They can comment on anything or say anything relating to this thread or something to do with model railroading, prototypical railroads or another members post.
4) if a forum member knows another forum member. He can talk a little smack. (within reason) just so it doesn't get too carried away.
This Thread will be a good filler. Just post your railroad image or comment on a weekday and we will have more to look at or read about.
The Bismarck Northern Pacific Railway Bridge now BNSF
The bridge is 113 years old. The plan of rebuilding her is under the works and way past due. So they say.
She's a beautiful thing I visit her every time I go there
Still standing. Still doing her job
Well, it's a new week. And ,as promised, I actually have new content to contribute. ( I "reserve" the right to re-post these picture's, untill someone smack's me around a bit )
This is a Hallmark Brass locomotive, that I have been trying to get back together for quite some time.
So far, I have mannaged to Re-paint ,and re number her. ( Souther Pacific's "Texas & New Orleans branch AS-616. ) But the drivetrain is "Trashed", so I will be rebuilding the Gear's / motor .
Rust...... It's a good thing !
It's Monday already?
Here is a Genesis SD70M where I removed the decoder and identified the various wires, awaiting the decoder and speaker that are on order.

Timmy. I have come across Hallmark locomotives on eBay. Those things are spendy. Your paint job is really nice. Good luck with the internal gears.
Paul your layout looks great. I really like the service faculty area.
This thead is pretty quiet this week. That's okay we had a good run last week. I might as well post a picture while I'm here. Everyone loves a red caboose.... Stone Lake Wisconsin.

It's too clean..... L O L !
Track fiddlerEveryone loves a red caboose....
Yes, we do !
Does a Red / White / and Blue caboose count ?
It's really hard to tell , in this picture, but the stripe's on the end are Tuscon Red and White.....
( I really should "Invest", in at least one light bulb in my shop ....)
Any cabooze counts, just so it has a little character Especially since cabooses are a thing of the past, prototypically speaking.
A little character in railroading often means dirt and rust. This should qualify.
Remember its your railroad

BATMAN How about TWO! Mighty diesels.
SURE! It is a given which is mightier of the two machines. But I did gather you have a diesel in that Nice gold truck of yours Brent..... I bet your truck is full size but it's really hard to tell parked under that big monster
Ah yes F-350 with a 7.3 Ltr V-8. I wonder what that grocery getter up on the rails has in it?
What paint job do you prefer?

The dust and ballast is flying at 90 per. That must be why the chairs are unoccupied?
Ed
The gray one, hands down. It kind of matches your truck too don't you think
BATMANWhat paint job do you prefer?
Didn't BNSF call this the " Executive Scheme ? ( I like them both, but this one is the best looking..... just my opinion...)
Speaking of paint, Here are a few shot's of my Stewart AS-616.
This will eventually be Southern Pacific's Black Widow scheme for the Texas & New Orleans. ( I did make a small "goof". It should be numbered 189. This is what I get for letting multiple locomotive's pile up on the workbench.... and then decaling all of them at the same time ! ) The Halmark Brass loco has the right #

This is about 18 miles northeast from me. Stone Lake Lumber is my supplier. Next time you head this way, let me know. We can get together.

The good news is that your computer *should* only download once, regardless of how many times it's quoted in the thread (that is, it'll will simply use the local copy for the second / third / n-th time it shows up in the thread).
However, being conscious of the "limits" that some of our fellow modelers have to their internet connection is always a good idea.

I don't post from a computer. I post from a phone. It has its limitations.
Sorry. Wasn't thinking!!
One could post a picture and not even have to say anything here. After all, it is called Picture Pages
Just kidding! This used to be a railroad Trestle, a long time ago. It was made into a walk out observation in the bay. Look closely under the old rusty truss bridge, that is the observation deck.
The boat landing on the top picture. I have heard you must be careful if you're going to go to the left around the rusty truss bridge. When the water levels fluctuate some of the posts are just under the surface. They can make a mess of your prop I've never hit one, (only Cidiots do) swing wide, swing wide

Also not everybody has high speed internt available, particularry those in rural areas. The best I can get is DSL
