It is almost October 2 (EDT), so I will get things startred. The last request was for more open top loads. This is a MOW flat with ballast, ties and barrels of parts on my layout

Steel loads? any kind of load??

What about a fresh potato load directly from Maine?

Sorry. This photo was used last month. But it is the one I have at hand with the perfect load for George.

I never saw this popular thread to be so slow. Let's try an easy one.

Show me an early era diesel please.

For an early era diesel!

A Pair of Baldwin Centipedes burbling away waiting for clearance!

And I will throw in a steel load for an added attraction!

Let's see some more early diesels!

Here's a petite NYC S-3 electric pulling the Century the 5.7 miles from Grand Central to Mott Haven yard for turning and servicing. These little locomotives served for nearly seventy-five years!

Here is a heavyweight sleeper/lounge car. Burlington attempted to match Budd stainless steel cars by painting heavyweight cars silver and applying shadow stripes. The stripes wore off quickly and the railroad gave up on them. By 1960, these cars typically looked dirty.

Please show more heavyweights

Hi Guys

I believe these are heavy weights. We have the Great Northern "F"s, mail post office, mail car,  storage car, passenger cars and one with big windows which I take to be conpartment car. Excuse my lack of knowladge but it's been a while since collected these.

Have a good one
