"Walthers will be happy to exchange any defective current production HO FEF-3
up to 12 months from the date of purchase as long as Walthers has them in stock".

"Defective units can be exchanged(returned to Walthers) as long as they were
purchased from a Walthers dealer or direct from Walthers with proof of purchase".

This offer supercedes the Lima/Riv terms.
