"Defective units can be exchanged(returned to Walthers) as long as they were purchased from a Walthers dealer or direct from Walthers with proof of purchase". This offer supercedes the Lima/Riv terms. IMO, Walthers willingness to step up to the plate during the pending Hornby tender offer reinforces their credibility and professional integrity.
