Do you mean a train where the cars have pictures of turtles on them? Or a train where the engine and cars actually have the shape of turtles?
I would get flat cars, and then go to a toy store and get little rubber turtles to put on them.
It takes an iron man to play with a toy iron horse.
Do you mean the special decals that Model Railroader included April 2003 issue for Jim Kelly's Turtle Creek Central project railroad -- "The Route of the Dashing Turtle"??

There were also passenger cars with what has been called a "turtle roof."

You know that was a great lil layout. Simple enough for the beginner, scenicly interesting, and had room for expansion.

Check out the Detroit and Mackinac... It was nicknamed "The Turtle Line" back in the day. Early heralds included the image of a turtle. I think the nicknamed was coinde because Mackinac means turtle in the native language. Or maybe it was just slow.
There's also the Delaware Turtle here in New Jersey.
No turtle graphics, but I guess they think it moves like one.
