What about if you only have the power input hooked up and disconnect the wires to the track? That at least would pinpoint the problem to the PSX-AR itself, or the track wiring.

When I power up my psx-ar in operations configuration (pins 2 and 3 covered), only the d-12 indicator light comes on. The D7 indicator light is off. No power is output at J2 to the reversing section of track.
When powered up in programming configuration (pins 1 and 2 uncovered) the D7 indicator light is lit and power is output at J2.
Both PSX-ar’s have developed the same problem after a few years of use. I use the NCE Power Cab. Any suggestions?
