Engine25,
If you've already researched at your local public library and the historical societies for Delaware and Chester counties, one possible source is the historical USGS quadrangle maps viewable online at Maptech:
http://historical.maptech.com/index.cfm
Another possible source, of which I was reminded by a recent posting, is Arcadia Publishing's softbound Images of Rail and Images of America series. Here's the link to Images of Rail:
http://www.arcadiapublishing.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=SRCHM&Store_Code=arcadia
Do a Search By Series.
Hope this helps.

Try Keystone crossings web page. It is all about the PRR which was the 500 pound gorilla in that area.

I am looking for help gather any information about railroading delaware and chester counties in pa. I am aware of CSX, NS, and a few shortlines but would like as much information as possible to begin the design process for my layout.
