the T-6's were the only switchers purchased by the "original" N&W. That's the pre-merger 1964 one with NKP-Wabash-etc. All other diesels were road switchers, RS-3, RS-11, RS-36, GP-9 and GP-18 prior to the 1960's.

What about their T-6's.  I beleive that they were the only railroad to purchase them.

PRR Purchased 6, Portland Terminal purchased 2, Monongahela Connecting purchased 1, Newburg and South Shore purchased 2

This is a good place to start looking for diesel rosters;

http://www.thedieselshop.us

and here's the N&W page:

http://www.thedieselshop.us/NW.HTML

According to their "bought new" list, there are no other switchery looking switchers.

But.

If you continue down on the page, things might get more interesting for you.

After some searching,  I came across an HO scale S4 N&W switcher.  Any other switcher that N&W used to put in my early 1980s yard?

Thanks!
