Both Nscale.net and nscale.org are good. I found them by doing a seach on N-Scale in google.

There was a running N-scale thread in the General Discussion forum, which was quite active for a while. Then it sort of faded away. Not to feel bad, though - attempts at strictly HO threads shriveled up and died within days.
Since I model a REAL minority scale (twice-N, 1:80, aka HOj) and a foreign prototype to boot, I don't see any value in trying to compartmentize myself and ignore what's being done in other scales. For that matter, substructure construction and electricals are pretty much the same in every scale, and those seem to be the things where most folks are looking for help. Likewise, a good track plan in N scale would be equally good in HO, S, O or 1:12 live steam.
By all means, if you find a good N scale forum, join it. But don't abandon this, "Every scale welcome," forum.

I second those words from tomikawaTT :
