How do you get LGB of America to answer the phone?

I have been trying to get information on the status of a repair. I was originally told not to expect any progress for 7 weeks. It has been almost 9 so I called and called and called....
Does anyone have a number that actually gets answered?

Hi hirail02!

This is the absolute busiest time of year for the folks in the LGB-San Diego service department, but just send me an email at david<dot>buffington<at>comcast<dot>net with your name, address and so on, I'll get to work on it.

Thanks!

I talked to the service department - James Trapper - yesterday.  The first time I called, it was their lunch time [I forgot about time zone change].  The second time, my questions were promptly answered.

I agree, thanks Dave for clearing the log jam. They promised to look at my engine today, hopefully I'll get an estimate soon.

Regards,

Bob
