Vallejo paint

Hi Guys,
Has anyone here used vallejo paints? This paint can be brushed on or sprayed, dosent leave any brush marks according to some of the posts I read on the train tools forum. Would like to know the type of results you got with it.
I am looking for something that would make a good repro of Russian Iron for engine boilers. Vellejo has several metalic colors that might work. See link below

If you scroll down there is a section with color samples. Comments please, Thanks in advance

I use Vallejo paints for miniature figures. It is a water based acrylic that is also good for airbrushing. If you intend to put it on something that will run outside you will need to find a good laquer based clear coat that plays well with acrylics.
