Thanks Pupdog for that link to the Bob Baxter website. So somebody actually did go ahead and make one. I must say that the finished model looks absolutely great and that Bob makes some amazing locomotives. I particularly like the 2-4-4-2 Mallet as I had hoped to bash some unsuspecting New Bright locos into something like the same kind of thing for my proposed logging tramway.
I don't think I would ever build a cab forward like NPC No:21, but I'm certainly very pleased that somebody has :-)
