Greetings everyone,

I was having a search around the internet and I came across this old photo.

There is a side elevation only drawing as well to 1.25 scale just in case anyone is feeling brave enough to consider such a project piece. Here's the link to my messy storage place http://locomotiveannie.homestead.com/files/NarrowgaugeCabForward.JPG

Truly there is a prototype for everything!

Annie.

I like it. It's just homely enough to be cute. Sort of reminds me of a railbus without the bus.

Thanks Pupdog for that link to the Bob Baxter website. So somebody actually did go ahead and make one. I must say that the finished model looks absolutely great and that Bob makes some amazing locomotives. I particularly like the 2-4-4-2 Mallet as I had hoped to bash some unsuspecting New Bright locos into something like the same kind of thing for my proposed logging tramway.
I don't think I would ever build a cab forward like NPC No:21, but I'm certainly very pleased that somebody has :-)
