Hi Matt,
I am using 3" pvc drain Pipe couplings and caps for the tank, and a stock floor from GR Pull out plans. I added some tool boxes at the front or rear of the tank , depending on how you look at it ,and other bits and pieces. I will try and post some pics. It still needs some work .

Here's the finished pics. Car still needs lettered and # then dull coat, but the over all construction is done! Note the change in wheel size from the 1st post pics. Looks alot better doesn't it( Thanks KStrong).

Can you give me some ideas as far as lettering and how it will work with the frame in the way, and where to get the transfers.

I would letter it like they due Stock Cars, they hang a board with the name across the outside frame.

Also those are Hartford Trucks that I got for $16.00 a pair and they are metal and sprung, had to add some bachman metal wheels though.

Jmozz, in the kit there ought to be 4 U shaped pieces, these or two per side fit into the top channel the zig zag shaped ones 4 per side, are the 3 across the bottom and the forth to stop over travel of the door. I used JB Weld to attach all of the pieces and then I'll go back and glue the bolt heads on.

Well here they are, It's still not finished, need to install short draft Kadee's so the wheel turning is not inhibited. Also the other sides door is not on yet[:D].
I like the dry transfers but I would like them taller, these are 1/2" I'd like 3/4" tall.
The Ozark door kit also didn't adapt well so I made my own top track out of flat welding rod and used the top track for the latch side stop. Grab Irons also will be installed. I weathered the trucks and need to do a little more on right side sheeting, notice the color difference from the left. The roof is a shingle roof individually cut Two layers over lapping with a brass ridge, if you look closely under the walk you'll see it.

So What do you all think???????[?]

Well, I just got done painting my 3 boxcars. Tommarrow I intend to head to G Scale Juction for my wheel sets and any detail parts I can score for them so pictures will be sent out to those of you that I have E-mail addresses for after completion. if you think I don't have your E-mail address then send it to me if you would like to view the pics. I Originally intended on ordering my parts by mail but some how the time never presented itself to me[V].
