Kadee Quility Products. I think they have the best coustomer service around, Some of our other manufactuer's should take page from there book of how to provide CS... Last friday I thought i would save my self some gas and time by not going to my LHS I sent KQP a note asking how i could order a replacement #830 box and cover to replace a damaged set. My E-mail was ansured within minutes. Sam of KQP is mailing replacement parts Today, He also asked me to send the malformed parts back WHEN I have the time. So I made the time and sent them in within an hour of receiving His e-mail.

The head is gray, hands don't work , back is weak, legs give out, eyes are gone, money go's and my wife still love's Me.
I think when you produce your own products, its much easier to do. I use all Kadee's.
Garden Metal Models is also good even tho they don't produce their own stuff.
