Michqaels has a few new bird houses that are close to Garden railroad size. The first is what appears to be and adobe style house.
The other is an extreamly near correct size (1:22.5) bobber caboose.
I think this one would look very nice in an amusement park.

I've got one of the Michael's cabooses, and it looks closer to 16mm or 7/8ths scale. But the proportions are so cute that I bought it anyway, and plan on scaling it down and building one in (approximately) 1:24...
