Yes, I received on in the mail a few days ago. There's some nice stuff in it. I'm not sure what I will order from it yet.
This was a surprise because I don't remember ever giving William's my name and address
Yup,
I got one. Its pretty nice. I'm glad Williams has finally seen sense and started producing a catalog instead of those large, uneasy folding brochures. I prefer the catalog style and I hope Williams will continue with it.
Cheese
Nick! :)
Maybe Williams will send me a catalog soon as I do some online shopping at the Williams website. I like the Williams quality and the fact that you don't have to pay for extra features that will most likely go unused.
Does Williams list train sets with track and transformer? That would help sell trains for those who are new to the hobby.

Heaping gobs of nuthin here. I'm on their mailing list, so I hope to eventually get one.

Modeling the Baltimore waterfront in HO scale
Got it on Saturday.
Pretty neat.

Received mine last week as a "CTT Subscriber" also.
I have never ordered from a Williams Catalog---always bought from MA & PA. Last purchase was the scale Southern AA E-7 which now has TM/RS 4.0 installed. The Williams E-7 compares well with the Lionel E-6s and Weaver E-8s.
They list track[027,031,072] and list their new 150 watt transformer for $149.95 which is $50 discount from msrp. $1.00 per watt is a good value for a new transformer.
I'm a CTT subscriber AND my last name begins with A. Where the heck is my catalog?!!!
I received my yesterday and looks fairly good. I see now that Williams is going to make the Heritage series engines. I would like to see the model picture instead of the drawing. Either way there going to look cool.

I just sent Williams an email requesting a catalog. I also explained that from now on, I wish to be the very first customer on the planet to receive one.
Geeeeesh!
jaabat,
Would you beleive I sent a boy scout to cancel your email? Don Adams agent 86.
Had to throw a little humor at you!
Today I got the 2007 Volume 2 Flyer and the Big Book Catalog. It has the Union Pacific Heritage Locos near the last page. They are stunning. I am waiting to see them in photos. The CNW unit looks great in the illustration, will it be as great in finished product. That might be the only way to get a CNW SD80/SD90MAC.

Jim, I believe I have your catalog. Was it the one with the $500 gift certificate inside? I'll just keep everything here until the next time you visit Ohio with the Chief.

I got my big Williams catalog, the other day. Also, a flyer with 20% off of the Sale prices to Platinum Club members. Which I am a long standing member. I like the Luxury Lines aluminum passenger cars. Silver Range, Sliver Cloud..etc. Just like ones from the 50's.
The Budd Cars are really inexpensive. I have a set and they are great.

Not yet but believe there looking into it. I bought the tidewater express set from it about 4 months ago and I've never heard an engine so quiet as it is may add comand control to this one also

Buckeye, since you are a fellow OTTS member, I want you to use that $500 gift certificate for yourself. Share and share alike, right?
Philly...go lay down!
Still no catalog!

I just received one, likewise addressed to me as "CTT subscriber." It's pretty neat. The prices are obviously nowhere near as good as those offered by JustTrains, Ma&Pa, etc.
Reference the other thread, what does everything think of this "LUXURY LINES" stuff they do?

I am glad you mentioned that. I was thinking the same thing.
Williams doesn't want to compete directly with their own dealers, so the prices are considerably higher if you order direct from them.
RaleighTrainFan wrote:^ A curious reaction. I'd imagine if you were among the persons I've represented who had personal information sold to third parties, who then sold it to someone else, with terrible consquences, you'd sing a different tune.
Perhaps I would. Danka Shein is a good tune, and not done much anymore.
...that night you tore your dress, what a mess, I confess...
