I believe that they are A-MP "Fastons". Here is their catalog:

You can probably get them from Mouser or Allied.

While perhaps _slightly_ larger than the connector on the Lionel wire, RS # 64-3132 and 3134 (I forget which is which, but basically, they differ in what gauge wire they are meant for) will fit and mate to the tab under the FasTrack OK.
Other minor annoyance is that they come in male/female pairs, so you will either have unwanted mating connectors or something for your parts drawer.

Here is the Mouser catalog page for Fastons:

The part numbers are 571-6409231 (red) for 22-18 AWG and 571-6409291 (blue) for 16-14 AWG. The price is $.22 each. ($.20 if you buy 100).
I tried using the .110 size stab-on and they were way to tight and after searching around abit I found Amp .125 size stab-on and they fit wonderfully.
mouser has them for 17 cents each, 100 for $15. execpt they are only 22-18 gauge but I use all 18 gauge for my jumpers anyway. could not locate this size in 14-16 gauge. I still think this is a metric lug though and if you had a soure to shop for metric electrical connectors it would be something around a 3mm connector, I just gave up on finding a metric source.
