Just got qualified...
Posted by zugmann on Saturday, December 17, 2011 5:25 PM

Hi all.  some of you may know me from the 1:1 forums (the lucky ones are the ones they don't).

After 20-some years, I finally fulfilled a childhood dream and got myself a Lionel set from the local shop.  It's under the Christmas tree now, but I may have to find a permanent home for it later.  It's the BNSF GP20 set (I'm a diesel fan, what can I say?) but I have this sneaky feeling that it won't be my last purchase.  Funny thing, I had HO as a kid, even played with N scale one Christmas, had a G scale for the tree for a few years, but this seems to be the "coolest" of em all.

We'll see what happens...

Tom.

It's been fun.  But it isn't much fun anymore.   Signing off for now.

Welcome to O Gauge Railroading. It is a great hobby with a lot of options.
